Wore this single hoop to a brunch and got three compliments before the food even arrived. The aventurine is a soft buttery yellow, not neon like I worried it might be. Light enough that I forgot I had it on.

The yellow aventurine catches the light way more than I expected from the photos, almost like a little drop of honey on my ear. Wearing just one hoop felt like a risk but the gold tone pairs so well with the stone that I've stopped reaching for my other earrings.
